I bought over $2000.00 worth of furniture from The Roomstore, in San Antonio,Tx.Paid $200.00 for an extended warranty in 09/09.

For a total of 5 years coverage. Tried to fill a claim 01/11, but it was rejected. The leather is cracking and separating on the footrest. This is defective material!

A very small claim to lose a customer over. I will never buy anything from them or recommend to anyone to them. They are not an honest company.

The person i spoke with was not very helpful and acted as if i was a bother to him.I was not allowed to speak to anyone else.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

I purchased a recliner from the Lano store and they refuse to honor their warrant too.
