I went in the roomstore and purchased a whole set of livingroom furniture. What I got is not what is in the store.

Several of the legs are loose one is completely striped. It is the most uncomfortable furniture I've every owned.

You set leaning forward. The cushions are very lumpy. The customer service at the Stafford, TX store is very lacking.

The manager was to busy using her cell phone to listen to me. I will never buy anything from this or any other roomstore.

I'm still waiting on my ottoman. The customer loyalty phone service was not helpful at all.

Monetary Loss: $1500.
