Just received delivery of my sofa yesterday - found a whole in a cushion that is attached. Called today and was advised that their policy is for a "skilled" technician to come and and "try" to repair the whole - a month from now and if it can't be repaired then they "may" replace it!!!!!
I could understand if it had been in my home for more than 12 hours - but they delivered it damaged.
Once all of this is decided I have to wait for another 2 to 3 weeks for delivery - that is if they decide a replacement is warranted.
I have no say in their decision. THE last purchase for me!!!!
Monetary Loss: $450.
