I was promised a delivery by February 1? 2014. We ordered a love seat and sofa. The love seat arrived but one half would not recline. I spoke to assistant Mgr. purchased a sectional and had it delivered Sept. 2014. None of the sections on the sofa backs are the same height and there are gaps between the seats. Let me sum up our experience with the Fraud Store, I mean Room Store. We bought a Love Seat for $900 from them on 11/28/14 and it was supposed to be delivered no later than 12/10/14. Obviously we never received it and we were given a few more deliver by dates that never came to fruition. Had first furniture set delivered, found a hole in the couch a few days later. Called warranty dept set to deliver new piece. That piece was delivered a few days later, before the delivery guys got out of the subdivision another small hole was discovered. Does anyone inspect this before going out the door. Meanwhile to schedule the last two deliveries the staff doing that job were so rude about... Read more

I will not go into detail except to say I will be contacting the Attorney General about this stores business practices. I have never received such horrible customer service. They do not return calls they lie about warranty information. There is no follow up. The manager at the store level lied to us. They simply do not care . They must be aware at the corporate level that these websites exists... Read more

Ref; The Roomstore Alma School Rd Mesa Az Today 8/20 Wednesday, I heard back from their customer service manager Tim, he stated that the only cushions under warranty are the seats and after several minutes of splitting hairs I realized talking to Tim was a waste of time just as many other unsatisfied consumers have stated. Buyer Beware, Roomstore Alma School Rd Mesa AZ not only avoids honoring their warrantee, but their customer service Manager (Tim?) avoids returning calls. If you insist on making a purchase at the Alma School location demand that any and all warrantee information be specifically spelled out. Take the time to read, ask questions and don't assume. On March 31st, we purchased our couch. Our experience at the store was very easy and our sales person seemed knowledgeable. We found a sectional that we liked and were able to customize it for ONLY a $100 more. Our sales person told us that we would have the couch within 4-6 weeks. After about 3 weeks I called the store to ask for the status of our couch. This is when all the problems started.... Read more
